When Tech Monkey was first started, we only had a handful of corporate clients. The bulk of our work was from residential clients like yourself. Who wants to call the big-box stores and pay $150 just to have their router installed and all their wireless devices configured? We have had the lowest rates since the beginning, and a major part of that is because all we need for good service are our tools, a vehicle and or knowledge. No corporate overhead from running a national company so why should we charge the same rates as they do?
We also understand your needs and work schedules, that’s why we offer evening and weekend service as well. Who wants to take the morning off work just to have someone come over and repair their computer? We are service guys just like your favourite plumber or electrician, but we respect YOUR schedule.
